The Mechanicville Housing Authority (MHA) is happy to introduce to our Applicants, a new Applicant Portal web tool to provide additional services by the MHA. Through this Applicant Portal, Applicants will be able to view and edit their Pre-Application information, apply to a waiting list online, contact the MHA via direct messaging, view and update their contact/notification preferences, submit and receive documents to and from the MHA through the Secure Document Exchange and view their current waiting list status and position number(s).
The Applicant Portal provides secure registration, application submission, and application status lookup in one convenient location.
An account is required to access the portal. A Registration Code is also needed which will be provided by the Housing Authority.
To register or log in click on the Applicant Portal Link. Once on the Log In page, you will click ‘Register as a new user.’
Once you have logged in, you will have access to the options mentioned above.
