Our residential Developments consist of 160 units in the city located at two sites, John S. Moore Homes (120 units) and Davenport Estates (40 units). John S. Moore Homes, constructed in 1952, 1960, and 1966, has 56 one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom, 18 three-bedroom, and 6 four-bedroom apartments. The 24 one-bedroom units constructed in 1966 were built "Designated Elderly." Davenport Estates, constructed in 1982, has 25 one-bedroom apartments occupied by elderly residents, 10 two-bedroom, and 5 three-bedroom apartments.
